Is your service available all year?

Yes! WePickup provides dog waste removal services year-round at all of our locations. Even in the winter, we will still show up to provide services. In locations with snow, most of the waste that accumulates is still scoopable.

Which areas of the yard do you service?

WePickup will clean any areas of your property that have dog waste issues, including front, back, and side yards, flower beds, dog runs, etc.

What about safety?

The safety of our clients and their dogs is a top priority. To prevent the spread of germs, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant. We also take gate pictures when we are done cleaning so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard, and we ensure all our employees are background checked.

Do I need a contract?

No contracts! You can start, pause, and cancel your subscription at any time by updating your customer portal or calling our office. However having a monthly or 6 months subscription is rewarded with a discount. Contact us for more details.

How do you dispose of the waste?

We bag the waste and place it in your garbage bin, according to local waste management rules.

Should my dog be locked away?

We love cleaning with friendly dogs around! We simply ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression or protects the yard, then leave them inside during your cleaning. Ensuring the safety of our team is a top priority. If your dog is aggressive towards our team, you will be asked to put them inside or be completely removed from our route.

Which day of the week do you come to my place?

You can request a specific cleanup day. Not every cleanup day will be available in your area, but because of our size, we can generally offer 2-3 options to best fit your schedule.
